Mr Reynolds Thomas has been tuning my mother's (Elizabeth Crowder from Alexander City) piano as long as I can remember. She thought the world of him. When we had to empty my mother's house, I immediately thought of this kind man. I called Mr. Thomas, he came with his son Joey, moved my mother's piano from Alexander City to my brother's home in Sylacauga. Mr. Thomas tuned her piano upon delivery. I have very fond memories of my mom playing her piano in her final days. Joey came to my home in Montgomery and repaired my mother's antique dining room table. I am so proud of the work he did. I would highly recommend this father and son's business.
I didn't have a piano for repair, but a free standing wooden cabinet that we wanted to keep. Both side doors looked damaged beyond repair and the wood was severely dented in from the impact it received. Mr. Joey Thomas not only repaired the damage, but it looks like new. You have to look hard if you want to see where the dents were located and the doors hang perfectly again. When we show our friends, they can't even find the dents or where it was damaged.
Thomas Piano moved my piano from lowndesboro to birmingham and it was a great experience. They were polite and friendly, handled the piano with great care and were just a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about them! I highly recommend.
